  • By far one of the nicest surgeons with an absolutely amazing staff. After searching on so many websites, I came across Dr. Deutsch’s before and after shots, which prompted me to schedule a consultation. Dr. Deutsch was knowledgable, meticulous, and he seemed to genuinely care about helping me reach my ideal proportions to alleviate my back pain. After having 3 Csections and a pair of 36G cups, I had a breast reduction and a tummy tuck and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. Dr. Deutsch and his beautiful wife, Debbie, made me feel comfortable, checked on me, and answered all of my questions which helped ease my fears about going under the knife. The procedure was a success. I healed without keloids, I have my body back, and I haven’t seen a C cup since middle school. Instantly my back pain went away, my stomach was flat, and I have a new lease on life. I deeply appreciate the attention to detail, how helpful the staff at Perimeter Plastic Surgery have been, and I definitely have so much gratitude for Dr. Deutsch. He is a rare gem and if you are even thinking about plastic surgery look no further than Perimeter Plastic Surgery…your new body will thank you.

  • I have been with Dr. Deutsch since my first breast cancer diagnosis in 2004, my double mastectomy in 2010, and many revisions due to infections in between! He worked along side with another of my surgeons in 2014, and my surgeon afterwards said, “Dr. Deutsch is one of the best surgeons I’ve had the honor of working with.” I wish I could just say, yes, he’s a great doctor. Yes, he listens, he’s talented,etc… but I can’t. You see, he is so much more than I can put into words. I am a very difficult person to operate on, between allergies,infections, just a mess! Dr. Deutsch never lost hope and never gave up. He will stay with you until the end! Caring and compassionate are just the tip of the iceberg when describing him. His patience, bed side manner, honesty, are just a few of his attributes. The list goes on and on! His staff is friendly, professional, and willing to help when they can.   • As a trial lawyer my appearance is important to my job. I became a patient of Perimeter Plastic Surgery due to all the great things I heard about the people there. While meeting with the Doctor I informed him that my neck was often the feature that I was displeased with as I was genetically pre -disposed to store fat there. I always felt that my neck kept me from having the well defined jaw line that I wanted. The Doctor told me of a new non-surgical out patient treatment option called Kybella. The thought of having a shot in my neck to dissolve this fatty deposit sounded much better than surgery and was even better as the Kybella lasts a lifetime unlike lipo. I was incredibly pleased with the procedure and many people noticed my results within two (2) weeks. I recently went back for a second application and cannot wait for the final results. I would certainly recommend this no down time, out patient treatment option to anyone looking to trim up their neck and jaw line.

  • Dr. Deutsch is the best! He is very easy to work with – really listens to what I want. He does not ever pressure me to do more and is very patient and answers all of my questions. I love the results I have gotten from the juvederm and Botox and better still there is no downtime from either. I cannot recommend him enough!

His calm demeanor and his kindness made me feel relaxed and I knew I was in great hands, physically and figuratively! He answered my questions thoroughly and more importantly; he never made me feel that any of my questions were stupid. His kindness and dedication extends beyond himself. He is surrounded by a staff of women that are just as kind and helpful. That speaks volume to the character of Dr. Deutsch. His practice is the epitome of perfection! I love my new breasts!   • Mark and his staff are fantastic. I highly recommend Perimeter Plastic Surgery. I have had botox many times, but not until I visited Mark did I achieve the natural look I was looking for. He truly has his patient’s best interests in mind.

  • I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am to have found Dr. Deutsch. He is an amazing plastic surgeon! My 2 sisters had breast cancer and both had a double mastectomy. I then had a prophylactic double mastectomy. The work he does is amazing and goes far beyond what you see on the outside. Through all the tough times, Dr. Deutsch has always put our minds at ease. My family and I are very greatful for him.

  • First I will like to say ” I am a breast cancer survivor, thanks to God !”Now I apologize for the mini book I am writing but here is my thanks to Dr. Mark Deutsch and his wonderful staff.I met Dr. Deutsch in Jan. 2014. I found out I had breast cancer and had to choose a doctor to start on my reconstruction. I met Dr. Deutsch 1st @ the Fayetteville location. I felt comfortable, he was very confident, and he explained everything to me what would be done, and I was at peace when I met Dr. Deutsch. So I never met with the other doctor, I trusted him the 1st appointment and been with him through my 1st surgery (mastectomy), through my radiation treatments, my reconstruction, and he has repaired a oversized hernia. Oh yeah I received a mommy makeover, as well from Dr. Deutsch. So I have had the pleasure of him doing my reconstruction and the plastic surgery- tummy tuck. So I am very satisfied with my 2nd chance in life and my NEW 42yr old body !!Thanks so much,Mrs. Kim R
