  • Mark and his staff are fantastic. I highly recommend Perimeter Plastic Surgery. I have had botox many times, but not until I visited Mark did I achieve the natural look I was looking for. He truly has his patient’s best interests in mind.

  • I cannot begin to explain how thankful I am to have found Dr. Deutsch. He is an amazing plastic surgeon! My 2 sisters had breast cancer and both had a double mastectomy. I then had a prophylactic double mastectomy. The work he does is amazing and goes far beyond what you see on the outside. Through all the tough times, Dr. Deutsch has always put our minds at ease. My family and I are very greatful for him.

  • First I will like to say ” I am a breast cancer survivor, thanks to God !”Now I apologize for the mini book I am writing but here is my thanks to Dr. Mark Deutsch and his wonderful staff.I met Dr. Deutsch in Jan. 2014. I found out I had breast cancer and had to choose a doctor to start on my reconstruction. I met Dr. Deutsch 1st @ the Fayetteville location. I felt comfortable, he was very confident, and he explained everything to me what would be done, and I was at peace when I met Dr. Deutsch. So I never met with the other doctor, I trusted him the 1st appointment and been with him through my 1st surgery (mastectomy), through my radiation treatments, my reconstruction, and he has repaired a oversized hernia. Oh yeah I received a mommy makeover, as well from Dr. Deutsch. So I have had the pleasure of him doing my reconstruction and the plastic surgery- tummy tuck. So I am very satisfied with my 2nd chance in life and my NEW 42yr old body !!Thanks so much,Mrs. Kim R

  • After being diagnosed with breast cancer at age 40, I never thought I would have to decide on the procedures I would have to face. I met with my surgeon and his recommendation was a double mastectomy with reconstructive surgery. I began my research for myself and I found Dr. Deutsch. As soon as I met him, I knew beyond a shadow of a doubt, I had found my surgeon. He made me feel so comfortable and his staff was just as comforting. Each visit I was accompanied by an entourage of family and friends and they welcomed us in every step of the way. They were allowed to go into the exam room with me and any questions any of us had, they were willing to answer. I don’t wish this diagnosis on anyone, but I assure you- if you use Dr. Deutsch and his staff, you will not be disappointed. They have made what I went through so much easier. I was in surgery for almost 13 hours and I was up walking the very next day. Highly recommend this wonderful group! Before meeting Dr. Deutsch, I met with a plastic surgeon who only wanted to do implants with no other options. I did not like his “bedside manner” and left his office in tears. He made me feel like I was just another woman who didn’t want to live the rest of my life with no boobs, not a cancer patient who wanted to know all of my options – including tissue (DIEP and TRAM flap) procedures. He also told me I was not a candidate for this procedure. I was not going to be satisfied with his decisions for me.

  • After receiving the news that I had breast cancer, I met with several plastic surgeons to discuss my options for reconstructive surgery. Dr. Deutsch was knowledgeble and compassionate. Unlike many other surgeons, he discussed ALL of my surgical options. His nurse and office staff are equally fantastic and have been just as supportive. I have two sisters that have also undergone reconstructive surgery and both have switched from other surgeons to Dr. Deutsch based on my results and experiences. In my opinion, there is no better plastic surgeon in the area!

  • My experience with Dr. Deutsch was excellent from start to finish. My recovery from surgery was surprisingly easy and I account this to Dr. Deutsch’s technique. He went above and beyond to follow up the days after surgery as well. His nurse and staff were warm, friendly, prompt and helpful. I have recommended Perimeter Plastic Surgery to friends and family and they have all been just as equally happy with their results.

  • I was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in December. It was a real shock! I meet with four Plastic Surgeons before I met Dr. Deutsch. I did not have a good experience with the other Plastic Surgeons that I met. I am extremely happy that I chose Dr. Deutsch. Dr. Deutsch is very compassionate and a very skilled Surgeon. I had a bilateral mastectomy with the Latissimus Flap reconstruction. I am showing off my breasts to everyone who will look because he did such a great job! His office staff and nurses are wonderful! They are very friendly and helpful! I would highly recommend Dr. Deutsch and Perimeter Plastic Surgery.
