Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy
Perimeter Plastic Surgery values your time. We set aside a specific appointment block to meet the needs of all our patients. We hold your appointment with a credit card number to reserve your time with our medical practice. If you need to cancel or reschedule this appointment, we require a 48-hour notice; otherwise, a $100 fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
