Atlanta Mommy Makeover Before & After Pictures

 

Patient 1: 43 y/o female was bothered by her sagging breasts and excess skin and fat in her abdomen. She liked her cup size and did not want implants. She underwent breast lifts and a full tummy tuck and the pictures shown are 1 year after her surgery.

Patient 2: 49 y/o female was bothered by her large breasts and excess skin and fat in her abdomen. She was 5’5″, 196 lbs. and wore a 40 I cup and wanted to be a smaller cup size. She underwent a combination of breast reduction and tummy tuck and pictures were taken 3 months after surgery.

Patient 3: 39 y/o female was bothered by large breasts, excess skin, and fat in her abdomen. She wore a D cup and wanted to be a C cup. She was 5’5″ and 183 lbs. at the time of her surgery. She had both a breast reduction and a full abdominoplasty with rectus plication and liposuction of her flanks, and her pictures were taken five months after her surgery.

Patient 4: A 45-year-old female underwent a breast lift and tummy tuck. Her postoperative pictures were taken three months after her surgery.

 

Patient 5: 32 y/o female underwent breast augmentation with a 405 cc gel implant placed under her muscle and also had a full abdominoplasty which included tightening her muscles and liposuction of her flanks.

Patient 6: A 38-year-old female has had four pregnancies and is bothered by her breast asymmetry and excess skin and fat in her abdomen. She wore a DDD cup and wanted to be a D cup. She underwent a breast lift/reduction with abdominoplasty and liposuction of her flanks. Her pictures were taken six weeks after surgery.

Patient 7: A 41-year-old female is interested in breast augmentation and a tighter and flatter abdomen. She is healthy and physically active and has three children. She wears a 36B bra and would like to be a full B/small C cup. She underwent breast augmentation with Allergan 275 cc gel implants and a mini-abdominoplasty. She is pleased with her results; postop pictures were taken three months after surgery.

Patient 8: A 34-year-old female was interested in breast and abdominal surgery. She has had three children, wore a C cup, and wanted to be larger. She was also upset about the loose skin in her abdomen. She had a 350 cc gel implant placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision along with an abdominoplasty. The postop pictures were taken four months after her surgery.

Patient 9: A 28-year-old female is interested in breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. She is 5’1 “, 152 lbs., and has had two c-sections. She wears a 38 C bra and would like to be a D cup. She had a breast lift with 425 cc saline implants placed under her muscle and also had a tummy tuck with liposuction of her flanks. These pictures were taken six weeks after her surgery.

Patient 10: This patient had a breast reduction with an abdominoplasty.

Patient 11: A 34-year-old female was interested in breast augmentation and a tummy tuck. She also had a small hernia that needed to be repaired. She was a 32B cup and wanted to be a C cup. She underwent breast augmentation with 275 cc gel implants and had an abdominoplasty with tightening of her muscles and liposuction. These pictures were taken six weeks after her surgery.

Patient 12: A 57-year-old female has lost 60 lbs. over the past few years, wears a 36c cup, and wants a fuller cup size with a breast lift. She also complained of loose skin in the abdomen. She underwent a breast lift with implant insertion and had 300 cc Sientra gel implants placed under the muscle with a combined abdominoplasty and liposuction of her flanks.
