Patient 1: 46 y/o female was diagnosed with right breast cancer. She wore a B cup and wanted to be slightly fuller. She underwent bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies and had 525 cc implants placed along with fat grafting.

Patient 2: 48 y/o female has a strong family history of breast cancer and wanted to have prophylactic mastectomies. She wore a 38M bra and was able to have a staging breast reduction followed by bilateral nipple sparing mastectomies with implant reconstruction. She now has 770 cc gel implants and is a D cup, and is pleased with her results.
