Breast Augmentation
All of Dr. Deutsch’s patients have provided their consent to display their pictures online.
Patient 1: 35 year old female had several lumpectomies on the left breast and complained of breast asymmetry with the right breast larger than the left. She was a 32A cup prior to surgery and she had a 250 cc gel implant placed in the left breast and a 225 cc gel implant placed in the right. Both implants were placed under the muscle through an infra-mammary incision.
Patient 2: 48 year old female who was a 34B cup wanted to be a full C cup. She had asymmetrical breasts with the left side larger than the right. She had a 300 cc gel implant placed on the right side and a 275 cc gel on the larger left side. Both implants were placed under the muscle through an infra-mammary incision.
Patient 3: This patient had 200cc smooth round saline implants placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision. She is approximately 6 weeks post-operation.
Patient 4: This patient had 175cc saline implants placed in a submuscular position and she is approximately 6 weeks following surgery.
Patient 5: 19 year old female desired a larger size for her A-cup breasts. She had a 210 cc gel implant placed under the muscle through an infra-mammary incision and her final cup size was a large B/small C cup.
Patient 6: 38 year old female was a 34A cup and wanted to be a full B cup. She had 275 cc saline implants inflated to 300 cc on each side. Both implants were placed under the muscle through an infra-mammary approach.
Patient 7: 39 year old female was a 34B cup and desired to be a full C cup. She had 275 cc saline implants placed under the muscle through an infra-mammary incision and each were inflated to 300cc.
Patient 8: 20 year old female was a small A cup and wished to be a full B cup. She elected to have 200 cc saline implants placed under the muscle and inflated to 240 cc. Both implants were placed through an infra-mammary incision.
Patient 9: 38 year old female wears a B cup bra and wanted to be one full cup size larger. She chose 250 cc moderate plus gel implants and they were placed under the muscle through an inframammary incision.
Patient 10: 43 year old female had a left breast lumpectomy with radiation and she complained of breast asymmetry with the left side smaller than the right. She wanted to be one cup size larger and more symmetrical. She had a 200 cc saline implant placed above the muscle on the right side and it was inflated to 220 cc and on the smaller left side she had a 250 cc saline implant inflated to 275 cc.
